Symptom of jaundice
👉Some symptoms that are seen in the victim with jaundice are
1) Light-colored stools = high level of bilirubin in the blood is filtered by the liver which pulls out of the body through the stools. so the person suffering from jaundice has light-colored stools.
2) Dark-colored urine and Itching of the skin = it is also due to the excessive bilirubin in the blood and as a result, urine becomes darkened color. Moreover, the person suffering from jaundice also feels itching of the skin it is also happening due to the same reasons.
3) Nausea and Vomiting=nausea and vomiting are not the major symptoms of jaundice but they may happen after suffering from jaundice.
4)Abdominal pain and Swelling of the abdomen=abdominal pain and Swelling of the abdomen is seen in the person if the jaundice is caused by biliary tract cancers.
5) Fever= fever occurs due to excessive plasma bilirubin so it is also considered a symptom of jaundice.
6) Weakness, loss of appetite, headache, and confusion=the toxic substance present in the body is removed by the liver during this process people feel weak, confused, and lose of appetite .similarly, headache also occurs due to the same reasons.
7) Swelling of the legs =due to the liver problems swelling of the legs occurs.
These are the common symptoms that are seen in the victim with jaundice. Jaundice is related to liver function. if you feel like you are suffering from jaundice you should console the doctor.
What should the victim of jaundice eat?
A balanced diet plays an important role to get recover from jaundice. The person who is suffering from jaundice should prefer more fruits and vegetables like papayas, blueberries, lemons, limes, grapefruits, melons, pumpkins, ginger, garlic sweet potatoes, yams, avocados, tomatoes, carrots, turnips, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach.
The person who is suffering from jaundice should completely avoid alcohol, Soda, white bread, pasta, packaged food, smoked foods, Fried, oily foods, full-fat yogurts, cheeses.
